Each jar of Elan Whey Protein contains 30 servings of 30 grams of Whey Protein. Available in vanilla, strawberry, and banana flavours.

Filtration

The production of Elan Whey Protein uses cross-flow microfiltration. Cross-flow microfiltration and ultra-microfiltration utilise the molecular weight of whey. Whey is heavier than lactose, and through the use of a ceramic membrane, the two are separated. The whey is retained in the membranes, while lactose and other unwanted components are not. The advantage of this method is that all the benefits of whey are preserved, resulting in a very high protein percentage. However, this process is quite costly.

Recommended Dosage

Take 1 to 4 servings of Elan Whey Protein (30 grams) per day as a supplement to your diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
In consultation with your dietitian, you can determine how many grams of Whey Protein you need daily to optimally support your nutrition.

Intake Advice

For best results, take Whey Protein in the early morning, after physical activity, or before bedtime.
Dissolve 1 scoop (70 cc | 30 grams) of Whey Protein in 200 ml of skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, or in other types of milk such as rice, soy, or quinoa milk.
Alternatively, you may mix your Whey Protein with 200 ml of water.
For optimal mixing results, use a shaker bottle or blender.
You can also add your Whey Protein to a yoghurt product, optionally with some fruit.
